If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it at any time through your billing settings or Paddle's billing portal. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges and allows you to keep access through the current billing period, unless a refund, chargeback, abuse review, payment failure, or Paddle action changes access earlier.

1chat provides service credits that may be consumed shortly after purchase or subscription activation. If a refund is issued, we may revoke unused credits, paid features, or account access associated with the refunded purchase.
Credits already consumed represent usage of the Service and may be considered when reviewing account standing, suspected abuse, chargebacks, or future access. This does not limit any refund rights available under Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law.
Repeated refund requests, chargebacks, account cycling, or refund requests after substantial usage may be reviewed for abuse, fraud, or manipulative behavior.
